CIFoundation Announces the Philanthropy 360 Grant - Grants up to $1,000.00!
Application Deadline: August 17, 2012 at 3:00 PM
Eligibility:
Your organization must be defined as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)3 or any applicable stautue of the Internal Revenue Code. [a non-profit organization with an existing 501(c)3, government agency, religious organization, or civic organization]. It will be the sole descretion of the CIFoundation Board of Directors as to which applicants are accepted and awarded a grant.
Requirements:
The Organization must submit a completed application (click here to request an application), proof of non-profit status, and a list of your current Board of Directors to CIFoundation, PO Box 413, Madisonville, KY 42431 or drop-off at the CIFoundation office located at US Bank Downtown, 1 South Main Street, Suite 201, Madisonville, KY, 42431 (our office is on the 2nd floor next to the United Way offices).
The Organization CEO and Board Representative(s) MUST attend the Philanthropy 360 Grant Awards Seminar on SEPTEMBER 17, 2012 at 6:30 PM in Madisonville, KY. Location: TBA.
